When you send back your RSVPs, please let us know what main course you would like to order. There are 2 choices plus a veggie option. We have tried lots of dishes at Plas Maenan (we try to pop in for lunch when we travel up to Wales), and so far it has always been great! We really hope you enjoy the food on the day
Here's a peek at what you get to eat on the day.......
Canapes:
- Welsh rarebit
- Smoked salmon barquettes
- Mini lamb burgers
- Home made pate
- Chicken satay skewers
Starter:
Slices of fresh plum tomatoes and mozzarella, olives and torn basil leaves drizzles with olive oil
Main Course: - Choose one of the following:
- The 'Mansion' famous slowly roasted shoulder of welsh lamb with a miniature lamb faggot and a rosemary and redcurrant jus.
- Baked fillet of fresh salmon with a smoked salmon crust and a lobster veloute
- Vegetarian option - Peppered Goat's cheese and onion potato cake with a rich tomato compote

This is actually our wedding cake. So many wedding cakes don't even get eaten and this is too yummy to waste - so for that reason we hope you will enjoy it as your dessert!
Evening:
- Sausage baps
- Bacon baps
- Omelette baps
- Hand-cut chips
